Pipe clamps (sometimes known as C clamps) are essential components of lighting or stage trussing, designed for constructing and securing tubular structures (“pipes”) commonly used in stage setups, exhibitions, and various installations. Pipe clamps enable the assembly of structures without any need for welding, bending, or threading.
Pipe clamp clips are extremely strong; they are manufactured with a durable hot-dipped galvanised finish, providing superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance in a variety of environments. Each clamp is equipped with electro-plated, case-hardened grub screws which are capable of withstanding an applied slip load of 900kg when tightened to a torque of 4.1kg (29ft/lb).
Using pipe clamps means that tubes can be joined in a matter of seconds in a range of setups and applications including stage, disco and exhibitions.
