The Q-Audio QWM1970BPBP Series is a versatile wireless microphone system featuring two belt pack transmitters, each supplied with a headset and tie-clip microphone. Users can choose between licence-free and licensed frequency bands, depending on their specific requirements. Within the licence-free range, up to two systems can be used simultaneously, while the licensed spectrum supports up to four systems, enabling setups of up to 12 units when combined.

At the heart of the system is a full-bandwidth, true diversity receiver, designed to deliver outstanding RF stability. This ensures clear and consistent audio performance, making it ideal for performers who need the freedom to move on stage without sacrificing sound quality. The belt pack transmitters are robust and ergonomically built, engineered to handle the rigours of regular use and transport.

For added flexibility, users can swap the belt packs for the optional QWM1970 TH handheld microphone, offering even more performance options.

Key features include a Phase Lock Loop (PLL) for reliable frequency consistency and an IR sync function for quick, hassle-free pairing of the transmitters and receiver. The system supports 80 selectable channels and operates in the 863–865 MHz range for licence-free applications and 606–614 MHz for licensed use.

A large LCD screen on the receiver offers real-time monitoring of RF and audio levels, channel information, and frequency settings. Each transmitter also comes equipped with its own display for easy status checks. Additional technical features include detachable BNC antennas, automatic frequency scanning, individual balanced XLR outputs for each channel, and a mixed unbalanced output. Rack-mount hardware is also included, allowing the full-width receiver to be neatly integrated into a standard rack.
