Amendment to Trade Counter Services + Extended Returns

Inline with the latest Government Guidance, from Thursday the 5th November we will not be operating our trade counter. However customers can still order online or by phone and have access to a wide range of delivery services including Click & Collect. If using Click and Collect (collection from our store in Rochford), please call us on 01702 547571 when you arrive for your shipment to brought to your car, or use the Goods In Bell. This will reduce the number of people in building and will avoid unnecessary contact. As we are now entering the festive period we want our customers to shop with confidence and are therefore extending our returns period. Goods bought from the 1st November 2020 can be returned up to the 31st January 2021.

Trade Counter Re-Opened

Trade Counter & Click & Collect Services Suspended

New Trade Counter & Collection Service

We are pleased to announce that our new trade counter is now completed. Customers can now enjoy a more straight forward service when they visit us and still have access to our wide product range & demo area. We now also offer a "Collect From Us" service on the website, so if you know what you want you can order on our website and the goods will be ready for your collection the same day, ideal for customers who are short on time! Christmas Deliveries

Please note that due to increased volumes and changes in courier schedules over the festive period, the following changes apply.

Last Day For Next Day Service; Friday the 21st Dec (We recommend ordering earlier where possible)
Last Day For Christmas Delivery on Standard & 48 hr Services; Wednesday 19th December
Pallets & Large Shipments; Wednesday 19th December
24th & 31st of December; We will have an earlier cut off time 1pm on these days and parcels will not be scanned into the delivery system until after the bank holidays.
25th, 26th December & 1st January; No parcels will be despatched during this time
Online Exclusives; A small number of "online only" items may be subject to slight delay where different couriers are used, we will let you know if this is the case, please ensure your contact details are included with your order.
