DMX Merger Splitter Booster 1U with Choice of 3pin or 5pin Sockets

This DMX merger, splitter and booster with RDM support is an all-in-one solution designed to secure and stabilise your DMX installations, providing 100% electrical isolation across all inputs and outputs. It features two DMX inputs and eight DMX outputs, available in both 3-pin and 5-pin versions, making it highly versatile for different setups.

Multiple port modes allow you to combine two DMX signals (inputs A and B) in various ways. In HTP mode, the highest value of identical channels takes priority, while in LTP mode the most recent change is prioritised. A backup mode ensures that if the signal on input A fails, input B automatically takes over. You can also assign input A to outputs 1–4 and input B to outputs 5–8 for flexible distribution. As a splitter, the unit distributes the DMX signals from inputs A and B across eight identical outputs.

With full electrical isolation, any issues on one input or output will not affect the others. RDM filtering prevents unexpected behaviour from connected DMX equipment, and the output timing can be adjusted between 20Hz (slow) and 40Hz (fast) to maximise compatibility between slower fixtures and faster controllers.

You can also define output behaviour in the event that both DMX inputs fail: choose between no DMX output, holding the last DMX values, or setting all outputs to zero. An intuitive graphic OLED display makes setup and configuration quick and easy.
