The D1024W interface enables full compatibility with Sweetlight V11 software across all major platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux. Designed for live event professionals—bands, DJs, and clubs alike—V11 excels in environments that use a mix of RGB and moving head fixtures. A standout feature is the Light Show Creator, which lets users design complete light shows without having to manually program scenes. It auto-generates pages for movement, shutter, gobos, colour boards, and follow spot boards.
Additionally, the D1024W is compatible with Sweetlight V9 software on Windows and macOS. While it includes all the capabilities of V11, V9 is particularly well-suited for stage and theatre productions. Lighting designers can easily assign pan/tilt movements, stack preset colours and gobos, fine-tune dimmers and speed faders, and control all buttons and sliders using any compatible MIDI controller.
Theatre operators can manage scenes effortlessly by selecting them from a list and advancing them using a "GO" button, with intuitive control over fade-in and fade-out timings. Scenes can even be reorganized on the fly during live playback.
For DJs and nightclub environments, Sweetlight software supports the use of “Macro” buttons—one-click commands that can trigger multiple scenes at once or activate sequences in chase or random order, creating a dynamic and extended light show with minimal effort.
Mobile entertainers benefit from the ability to store key pan/tilt positions as “palettes.” These palettes can be reused across multiple scenes, and by simply updating a palette, the entire light show adjusts automatically for the next performance.
Integration is smooth across all use cases, requiring no third-party libraries. The software is quick to install and uninstall, offers a fast response time, and includes free updates. A user forum is also available for technical support.
The D1024W interface supports 1024 DMX channels across two universes, delivered via two 3-pin DMX outputs.
