The Sync DBI-44 is a premium-grade analogue to Dante® network audio bridge, purpose-built for fixed installations where absolute reliability and pristine sound are essential. It seamlessly converts Dante® and AES67 network audio into four high-quality balanced analogue outputs and just as easily transforms four balanced analogue inputs back into Dante® or AES67 streams.

Engineered around a high-speed Marvell Gigabit Ethernet switch, the DBI-44 eliminates linking delays and ensures rock-solid data transfer. Every channel benefits from onboard DSP processing, including parametric EQs, compressors, and delay, enabling the unit to act as a Dante-enabled loudspeaker management processor or to serve a wide range of other audio applications. An intuitive 8×8 audio matrix provides local premixing and flexible routing options.

Configuration and control are effortless thanks to the built-in web server with a fully graphical interface accessible from any device on the network. The included SYNQ Network Discovery Tool simplifies device location, eliminating the need to track IP addresses. Full OSC protocol support allows custom app control via smartphones, tablets, or computers.

Delivering exceptional sonic performance with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 120 dB and total harmonic distortion below 0.003%, the DBI-44 also offers GPI/GPO ports for integration with switches, control gear, alarm systems, and external triggers. Reliable EUROBLOCK connectors make installation straightforward.

The unit complies with IEEE 802.3-2005 standards and is built exclusively with industrial-grade components, including Burr Brown DACs, AKM ADCs, and Wurth capacitors, ensuring long-term stability. Power options include external 24 VDC (via EUROBLOCK) or PoE (Class 0).

Housed in a rugged ½-width 19? die-cast chassis, the DBI-44 supports multiple mounting configurations: a single unit in 1U, two units side-by-side in 1U, or optional wall mounting—making it as flexible as it is powerful.
