New Audio Brochure

We are delighted to announce that our dedicated audio brochure is now complete. The website is still the best place to view the complete range but if you have a special interest in the audio section, do let our sales team know and they will happily send you a copy. Remember we also have cable brochures, staging brochures and a flight case brochure will be available very soon.

New School Brochure Released Supported by Arts Council England

We are delighted to announce that our School, Theatre and Stage brochure is now complete and on its way to its first recipients. This brochure and its mailing was supported by funding through Arts Council England.

Amendment to Trade Counter Services + Extended Returns

Inline with the latest Government Guidance, from Thursday the 5th November we will not be operating our trade counter. However customers can still order online or by phone and have access to a wide range of delivery services including Click & Collect. If using Click and Collect (collection from our store in Rochford), please call us on 01702 547571 when you arrive for your shipment to brought to your car, or use the Goods In Bell. This will reduce the number of people in building and will avoid unnecessary contact. As we are now entering the festive period we want our customers to shop with confidence and are therefore extending our returns period. Goods bought from the 1st November 2020 can be returned up to the 31st January 2021.

Customers are notified that with immediate effect our trade counter will be closed and we will suspend our click and collect service, this is inline with government recommendations and for public safety. Please call our team if you need assistance. Telephone and online orders remain operational.
