COVID-19 - Latest Operational Information
Sadly there is no escaping the huge changes we are seeing across the country and we realise this is affecting people in all kinds of ways. We hope this information supports our customers in these unprecedented times and maybe answers some questions you may have. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need further information, we are available to help in any way we can.
Business as usual;
We are fortunate enough to have staff still based in our office and warehouse, as well as an extended team working outside of our head office. Our planning means we are well equipped to take calls, emails and continue business in these difficult times and inline with any changes needed going forward. Parcels and deliveries are currently running as normal (please see delivery information).
Deliveries;
All of our couriers have undertaken risk assessments and followed the scientific evidence given by the government. All of this suggests that transmission from parcels is highly unlikely, so they can continue to operate as normal. They have put in all the extra measures required to ensure this is a safe service for all. The only change you will be likely to see is the restrictions of handheld signature devices, the driver is now more likely to just take a name and initial. You can still accept parcels if in isolation but let is know so we can make safe arrangements. If you feel more comfortable not seeing anyone you can arrange a safe-place delivery to avoid contact (this would be our recommendation if you are symptomatic). Just speak to our team if you need more advice.
Schools;
We supply and install to schools all across the country and hope to continue delivering the services you need going forward . We appreciate that anyone in the education sector has been under increasing pressure and are having to deal with the most extraordinary of circumstances. Whilst your immediate focus will certainly be elsewhere, please don't hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do to support you. We can offer all kinds of remote advice and support for equipment should you need it.
