The BT400TW is a powerful LED theatre Fresnel light designed for various applications such as TV work, theatre productions, rentals, and exhibition booths. The fixture is equipped with dual LEDs, one 200W LED with a colour temperature of 2800K and another 200W LED with a colour temperature of 6000K. This allows for tuneable white light with a CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature) range from 2800K to 6000K. The Fresnel offers exceptional photometric performance with a CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of over 96, TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index) of over 98, CQS (Colour Quality Scale) of over 96, Rf (Fidelity Index) of over 94, and Rg (Gamut Index) of over 100 at a colour temperature of 3000K.
The beam angle of the light can be adjusted remotely using DMX control. The adjustable beam angle ranges from 11° to 56°, providing flexibility in focusing the light output. The field angle, which represents the spread of light, ranges from 20° to 67°.
When used in standalone mode, the BT400TW offers manual CCT pre-sets for quick and easy adjustment of the colour temperature. The available pre-sets include 2800K, 3000K, 3200K, 4000K, 4300K, 5600K, and 6000K. Alternatively the fixture can be controlled via DMX, offering six different channel modes for maximum flexibility in programming and dimming options. It supports both 8-bit and 16-bit dimming. It can also be used in a 1 channel DMX mode with a CCT pre-set of your choice. With an optional BT-MDMX dongle, the light can be prepared for wireless DMX operation, eliminating the need for physical DMX cables.
The adjustable LED refresh rate of the light (ranging from 600 Hz to 4800 Hz) ensures flicker free lighting, making it suitable for TV recordings and broadcasts. The light provides manual control over dimming as well as zoom and focus adjustments, allowing for precise alignment and projection on stage or in exhibition booths. The BT400TW also offers selectable lamp behaviour, allowing you to choose between a halogen lamp like (slow) or LED like (fast) response. Four dimmer curves (linear, square, inverse square, S-curve) allow for different fading options.
The lock function ensures that the settings remain unchanged and prevents unwanted alterations during use.
The fixture features 3 pin and 5 pin DMX input/output connectors, as well as PowerCON compatible input/output connectors, enabling easy daisy-chaining of multiple fixtures and power connections.
The light comes with a colour frame, allowing the use of colour filters to create different lighting effects. Additionally, it includes an eight-leaf barndoor for better light control and shaping.
