The BT261FC is a versatile and powerful theatre Fresnel light that combines multiple features into one unit. The fixture utilizes a 6 colour RGBALC LED (Red, Green, Blue, Amber, Lime, Cyan) system, allowing for a wide range of colour options. It has a manual zoom feature that allows you to adjust the beam angle from 15° to 50°, providing flexibility in light dispersion. The colour calibration system ensures consistent colour reproduction between different batches, eliminating colour variations. The fixture offers various correlated colour temperature (CCT) pre-sets for white light, including 1800K, 3000K, 4000K, and 8000K as well as a selection of 94 colour pre-sets following the LEE® numbering system, allowing for easy colour selection. The light source achieves a Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of over 93Ra for accurate colour representation.
The fixture can emulate redshift during dimming, enhancing the realism of the lighting effects.
Silent operation is achieved using heat-pipe technology and a low-noise cooling fan, ensuring quiet operation during use. Different pre-sets cater to different noise requirements, such as live or studio settings.
The fixture can be controlled via DMX, offering 10 different channel modes (ranging from 1 to 21 channels) for maximum flexibility and is wireless ready with the addition of an optional BT-MDMX dongle, eliminating the need for wired connections. RDM functionality allows for easy remote setup, DMX addressing, and channel mode adjustments. The Fresnel can also operated in standalone mode, enabling manual control over dimming, colour/CCT pre-sets, green/magenta shift, and zoom.
In case of DMX failure, you can choose between manual, blackout, and freeze mode to maintain control over the lighting output.
The adjustable high LED refresh rate ensures flicker-free performance, making it suitable for TV recordings and broadcasts. Four dimmer settings with different behaviour and speed are available to suit different lighting requirements.
The OLED display simplifies navigation through the setup menus and the lock function prevents any unwanted alterations to the settings, ensuring the desired configurations are maintained.
The rugged extruded aluminium housing, provides durability for use in various environments.
The Fresnel features 3 pin and 5 pin DMX in/outputs and PowerCON compatible in/outputs, facilitating easy daisy chaining of multiple fixtures and power connections.
An eight leaf barndoor is included with the fixture that allows control of light spill.
