Exterior Construction

This rack flight case is constructed from 10mm hardwood, finished with a durable black Hex laminate. The edges are reinforced with aluminium trim and secured with strong rivets for maximum strength. Each side features countersunk, heavy-duty handles for safe lifting under load. The removable front and back panels provide easy access to equipment. Heavy-duty ball corners are fitted for extra protection, and four 5-inch casters are included with the 12U and 16U models, allowing effortless mobility.

Interior Construction

Available in 2U, 4U, 6U, 8U, 12U, and 16U sizes, with depths of 300mm and 500mm, these cases are designed to accommodate a wide variety of equipment. The front and back panels include metal square-hole rack strips, all securely housed within a thick foam interior that protects delicate and audio-sensitive gear from vibration. Each case comes complete with M6 screws, plastic washers, and cage nuts for easy installation and customisation.
