Customers are welcome to visit our store which is attached directly to our large warehouse, where you will have access to our large product range.  

Our dedicated and friendly sales team are on hand to offer assistance and advice on all of our products.  Our staff will be happy to demonstrate many of the sound and lighting products available, so you can get a genuine insight into any products you may be interested in. 

Our staff have an in depth knowledge of all our DJ equipment and sound and lighting products and will be happy to discuss your requirements and any projects you may be undertaking.  Simply pop in to see what we have to offer!  All of our offers, web prices and products are available in store.  So whether you buy online, by phone or in store, you can be assured you are getting the best deal, with the best service at the best price!

Demonstration Area

As part of our commitment to delivering the best in customer experience, we are happy to demonstrate our wide range of sound and lighting products and have a dedicated demonstration room to showcase such products.  Customers who visit our store can listen to our speakers and see our wide range of DJ and stage lighting demonstrated.  We also have a range of the latest products for customers to try themselves, such as popular lighting kits etc.  So you can get a hands-on feel for how the products work.  If you would a specific product demonstration, please speak to a member of sales staff before visiting so we can ensure the setup is ready for you.

Technical Support & Servicing

Terralec offer full technical support on all of its stage and DJ equipment, regardless of whether they were purchased online or in-store.  Our technicians are on hand to offer in depth advice and technical advice on not just products but complete installation projects you may be undertaking.  Our technical department have access to a wide range of spare parts and have years of experience in DJ equipment and stage lighting, so can often overcome any minor technical hitches you may be experiencing quickly.  We also have full test facilities for fault finding and product testing.

Our store is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm.  We have ample free parking and free light refreshment available.
