All You Need to Know About Ordering This Festive Period. 

You can of of course order online 24/7 but there will be some slight changes to normal business over the festive period.  
Please make a note of the following information before ordering or visiting us in-store. 



  • Due to an increased load in parcels we recommend goods required before Christmas are ordered no later than Tuesday 20th December.  (We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries after this time.) 
  • Parcel deliveries will not take place on weekends or on any of the UK public holidays including 26th December, 27th December, 2nd January. 
  • Orders placed on or around the public holidays & weekends will be subject to delays and will not be despatched until our next working day.
  • In addition to the UK public holidays, Terralec will also be closed on Saturday 24th December and Saturday 31st December.
